Nice to meet you!
I'm XueYan (Sue) Chen.
Currently a Master's student in the Human-Centered Design and Engineering program at the University of Washington. Prior to that, I spent 4 years in my undergrad studying and researching how people learn and think.
With a background in cognitive psychology and education, I understand the importance of designing and supporting human behaviors — as opposed to system behaviors. The process of demystifying complex design challenges into simple and delightful solutions is what intrigues me the most in the UX world. I'm passionate about designing for children technologies, cross-cultural markets, and health information systems.
I’m an enthusiast of animation movies , world history and cooking games (Which one? Definitely Overcooked!).
